1. Shipping charges: We offer free shipping on all orders delivered within India.

2. Payment: We accept prepaid orders only, through UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets. Cash on delivery is not available.

3. Processing time: Orders are packed within 24 hours and dispatched on the next working day. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the following working day.

4. Delivery timelines: Metro cities: 3-5 working days. Rest of India: 5–8 working days. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Order tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you by SMS, WhatsApp or email.

6. Packaging: Every piece is delivered in a House of Riva pouch. Orders above ₹2,999 include a complimentary gift. Gift wrapping and a personalised gift message can be added in the cart.
